This policy is put in place to allow us to offer a good quality, consistent level of care and to help us ensure that we are able to comply with our obligation to uphold the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum as set out by Ofsted.
Before and After School Club
Once a booking pattern at the club has been accepted it will be available to you until you give us four weeks notice in writing to terminate the agreement or alter your booking. We will endeavour to accommodate any changes as soon as possible. Extra sessions can be booked subject to availability but cannot be guaranteed.
In the event of any absences due to sickness or holidays during term time, fees are still charged in line with your normal booking pattern.
Fees are as follows
Before School from 7.30am Hambleton - £3.70
Before School from 7.30am Monk Fryston & Burton Salmon - £3.95
After School until 5.00pm - £6.95
After School 5.00pm -6.00pm - £3.00
There is a 10% discount for 2 or more siblings attending the club and fees include the provision of a light breakfast and a healthy snack after school.
Holiday Club
Fees are as follows
£22 per day or £3.00 per hour
£33 for trip days
There is a 10% discount for 2 or more siblings attending the club and fees include the provision of a light breakfast and a healthy snack in the afternoon, parents are requested to provide a packed lunch for those attending for a full day.
